The Journal and the Authors mutually agree to a shared copyright policy to ensure both protection of intellectual property and wide dissemination of scholarly work.
1. Copyright Ownership
- Copyright of all articles published in BNSJS shall be jointly held by the Authors and the Journal.
- Authors retain full rights to their scholarly work, while the Journal also holds rights to publish, archive, and disseminate the content.
2. Author Rights
Authors are free to:
- Reuse their published work (in whole or part) in future research, books, lectures, or academic compilations, with due acknowledgment of the original publication in BNSJS.
- Deposit the published version in institutional or subject repositories.
- Share the published article for educational and non-commercial purposes.
3. Journal Rights
- The Journal reserves the right to:
- Publish, distribute, and archive the work in print and electronic forms.
- Include the work in indexing, abstracting, and digital repositories.
- Promote and disseminate the article through academic and professional networks.
4. Licensing
- All articles will be published under an open-access license [as determined by the Journal], allowing free access and non-commercial use with proper citation.
- Commercial reuse requires written permission from both the Journal and the Authors.
5. Acknowledgment of Publication
Any further use, reproduction, or distribution of the published work must include a proper citation to the original source in BNSJS.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of any copyright-related disputes, both the Authors and the Journal will resolve matters amicably, respecting the principles of shared ownership.
